With 13 years of experience as an enthusiastic creative developer and tech lead, I've had the pleasure of contributing to and leading hundreds of projects, earning over 30 awards such as Webby, Awwwards, CSS Design Awards, and multiple FWAs.
At the core of my work is a passion for innovative development, groundbreaking technology, and exploring immersive experiences that have never been done before.
I find joy in working on marketing campaigns, where I relish the opportunity to collaborate with others, mentor, and inspire them to achieve new project standards.
My leadership approach focuses on clear communication, while my daily work revolves around continuous research and learning. Exactly people and new tech make me love Mondays.
Beyond the creative aspects of my role, I also find immense satisfaction in the nitty-gritty details of project management. I love processes, documentation, estimations, and pitch contributions.

My technical leadership skills have been shaped through diverse experiences, leading multilingual teams, opening my own company, and helping big brands lead their tech teams. I've demonstrated my adaptability across varied environments, always fostering a productive and innovative atmosphere. As a committed mentor, I helped many developers promote from junior to tech leads through all career steps.
R&D
I don’t work with single technology - I continually research new tools and approaches, from frontend development through mobile, to game development using Unity and Unreal, in the meantime building backend systems. This comprehensive skill set allows me to delve into each project's unique challenges and devise solutions that leverages the strengths of multiple different technologies.
Creative development
At my core, I am a creative developer, consistently drawn to the artistic parts of technology. I find immense joy in working with 2D and 3D graphics, VFX, lighting, generative algorithms, and AI, as they bring together the worlds of technology and creativity in the most mesmerizing ways. In my free time I experiment with multiple solutions and it makes me happy!
