Decentraland: Fidelity Investments

Jumping on the Metaverse hype train back in 2022 was fun, and Fidelity Investment brought a lot of tech fun to the rooster. A big Decentraland activation powered with JavaScript, WebGL, Blockchain, and NFTs made the dev process smooth and enjoyable

Decentraland: Fidelity Investments was to not only present a range of educational materials for visitors to learn from as they navigate through the space, but also to ensure their journey is enjoyable. We sought to make the space itself intriguing to explore and added elements of gamification as a strategy to engage and motivate users. 

In addition to providing an enriching and enjoyable experience, we wanted the visit to our metaverse headquarters to be rewarding. We devised a system of offering tangible prizes to visitors who fully engage with and 'complete' the experience. We aimed to create buzz around our project by combining unique and stylish architectural design with gamification solutions, thereby maximizing the potential of this innovative medium.

Throughout the project, we delved into exploring new technologies powered by blockchain, such as POAP Tokens and NFTs, including wearable NFTs like Rocketpants. We also investigated how to facilitate communication between users within the sandboxed metaverse space.
